Hypnotherapy, EBT and EFT

Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a modern therapeutic approach that is significantly different from other forms of traditional hypnotherapy. Cognitive hypnotherapists use hypnosis and NLP in a way that speaks directly to the client's unconscious mind to assist them in breaking unwanted habits and overcoming personal problems.

Hypnotherapy and NLP may help with weight loss, stopping smoking, panic attacks, anxiety, fears and phobias (such as flying or public speaking), healing and pain control, boosting confidence, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), motivation and goal setting, and much more.

Emotional Brain Training has been called the "scientific solution to stress." Stress accounts for 80% of all illnesses and often leads us to seek out external pleasures to deal with it - like food or alcohol which impacts on our health even more.

I also use the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) in some of my sessions or as a stand-alone treatment. EFT is a great technique that may help to clear away negative emotions or feelings.
